Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! Please read our Pre-Order Shipping Policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially released or restocked. This guarantees that you’ll receive the item as soon as it becomes available.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is listed on the product page.
Please note that these dates are estimates only and may change due to production or supplier delays.
If there are significant changes to your shipping date, we will notify you by email.

3. Payment

Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of pre-order.
Your payment secures your product and helps us plan inventory.
If you cancel your pre-order before shipping, you may request a refund (see Section 5 below).

4. Shipping Process

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before shipment.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it follows our standard Return Policy.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
